Unboxing Checklist
Please complete these steps immediately:
Inspect Your Medication
Liquid solution must be clear, not cloudy
Liquid solution should not contain particles or discoloration
Testosterone is thicker due to the carrier oil.
If anything looks unusual, DO NOT use it
If anything looks unusual, take a photo of the vial and contact YouthFuel. We’ll send it to the pharmacy for review

You Will Need
1 Testosterone cypionate vial
1 Syringe
2 Alcohol swabs
Part 1: Preparation
Wash your hands with soap and water
Gather supplies listed in 'You Will Need' section
Remove cap from vial, you should see the rubber center
Wipe the vial's rubber center with an alcohol swab and let dry
Part 2: Draw Your Dose
Turn the testosterone vial upside down in your non-dominant hand
Draw back the needle without medication to your dose amount with air.
Push plunger of syringe needle in to add pressure in the vial and draw your prescribed dose. (Depending on the needle size draw times may vary)
Remove the cap on the syringe needle
Insert syringe needle in the rubber center of the testosterone vial
Remove needle from the testosterone vial and set the testosterone vial down
Part 3: Inject Your Dose
Choose an injection site:
Upper outer glute (recommended)
Outer Thigh
Abdomen
Upper shoulder/Deltoid
Clean the area you chose with an alcohol swab
Hold the skin taut at the chosen injection area
Insert syringe needle at a 90° angle into the muscle
Push plunger until empty
Remove syringe needle
Lightly press gauze if needed on injection site (a drop of blood is normal)
Dispose of syringe in sharps container (biohazard box or empty detergent jug/milk carton)
Part 4: Putting Everything Away
Put the cap back on the testosterone vial
Store testosterone vial at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat
Throw away used alcohol swabs and wrappers into regular trash
Wash hands again to keep the area clean and safe
Keep your vial, syringes, and sharps container together so they’re easy to find next week
Storing Your Medication
As medication begins to work, these mark progress:
Keep your testosterone vial at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat
DO NOT refrigerate or freeze
Keep testosterone vial sealed until in use
Keep testosterone vial in its original carton to protect it from light
Store away from children and pets
Schedule & Maintenance
Dosing Schedule
For Men
Inject twice weekly, every 3.5 days, as your provider prescribes
For Women
Inject once weekly, on the same day, as your provider prescribes
If You Miss a Dose
Take the missed does as soon as you remember, within a few days of your scheduled injection
If it’s close to your next scheduled dose, skip the missed injection and resume with your regular schedule
DO NOT double dose to make up a missed dose, this can increase the likelihood of side effects
Missing a single dose isn’t an emergency, but following the right steps helps keep your treatment consistent, gentle on your body, and minimize side effects.
