How does an online visit work?
You complete a private online assessment, and a licensed provider reviews it — along with labs where relevant — before any treatment decision. If prescribed, treatment ships free in discreet packaging.
Do I need a prescription?
Prescription treatments require a provider's evaluation and are only issued if clinically appropriate. Non-prescription essentials like B12 can be added to any plan without a visit.
Which states do you serve?
Availability depends on provider licensing in your state. The assessment checks your eligibility up front — before you pay anything.
Can I cancel online?
Yes. Cancellation is online and takes a few clicks — the same way you signed up. You can also pause or adjust your plan from your account.
Can I use FSA or HSA funds?
